Goddess Glow Beauty ensures a seamless shopping experience for our valued customers. Please note that shipping time frames commence once the parcel has completed processing and the order has been dispatched.

All orders undergo processing immediately upon receipt of payment and are dispatched within a timeframe of 24-48 hours, Monday through Friday. Please be aware that processing and shipping time estimates exclude holidays and non-business days. Shipping costs are subject to variation based on factors such as weight, volume, postal code, and selected shipping method.
At checkout, customers have the option to choose either Express or Standard shipping methods. Shipments are prioritized in the sequence they are received, and we kindly request additional time for delivery to remote areas.
It is essential to highlight that both shipping options include tracking features. Goddess Glow Beauty exclusively utilizes Australia Post for all orders.

A crucial point to consider is that, once your order is dispatched, Goddess Glow Beauty cannot provide assistance in the event of it going missing or being stolen after Australia Post has confirmed its delivery. To mitigate potential risks, we strongly discourage opting for the 'Leave it in a Safe Place' option through your tracking link. Your satisfaction and the safe delivery of your order are our top priorities at Goddess Glow Beauty.

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Goddess Glow Beauty emphasizes the importance of accurate shipping details to ensure the successful delivery of your order. We cannot assume responsibility for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to inaccurate shipping information provided by the customer during the order placement.

In the event that a package is returned to Goddess Glow Beauty due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer, the customer will be held responsible for the redelivery cost.

Furthermore, Goddess Glow Beauty does not accept liability for lost or stolen packages that have been confirmed as delivered by the shipping company after departing from our warehouse.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Upon the completion of order processing, you will promptly receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. Kindly allow up to 24 hours for the tracking number to become active or undergo updates. If you receive your confirmation email on a Friday, we recommend waiting until the following Monday for tracking information to become available. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in ensuring the smooth tracking of your Goddess Glow Beauty order.

RETURNS POLICY

Considering the unique nature of our products, Goddess Glow Beauty does not facilitate returns or exchanges for unwanted items or due to a change of mind. However, if you receive a damaged or faulty item, we are committed to promptly arranging an exchange or refund. Please notify us of any damaged or faulty items within 7 days by sending a photo to: info@goddessglowbeauty.com.au with the subject line: RETURN DAMAGED and your ORDER # from your invoice. Hold onto the items, as they may need to be returned to qualify for a refund.
Please be aware that our handmade lashes may exhibit slight variations, which do not constitute damage, especially in terms of hair assignment differences.

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you via email. The approval or rejection of your refund will also be communicated via email. If approved, the refund will be processed, and you can expect to receive the funds within a specified number of business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable for returns.

EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)

Exchanges are facilitated only for defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, kindly send an email to: info@goddessglowbeauty.com.au for further information. You will need to send the products back to us.

Upon receiving your order, please check your items and promptly notify us of any issues. Until it reaches us, the item remains your responsibility; hence, we recommend using a delivery service that provides insurance for the item's value.
For returns from outside Australia, please refrain from using courier services to avoid excessive clearance fees. Ensure the parcel is marked with a value of "ZERO" and clearly labeled as "RETURNED GOODS" on the customs form and parcel. Goddess Glow Beauty will not accept parcels incurring duty charges.

Please note that Goddess Glow Beauty does not cover return postage unless the item received is incorrect or faulty. Delivery times for your item may vary based on your location.
